The collaborative economy broadly stands for a range of digital platforms and offline activities centered on the highly contested concept of sharing. The word broadly is of key importance as the concept and scope of the collaborative economy is burdened by significant definitional issues, with a vast diversity between activities and fuzzy boundaries distinguishing what does and does not comes under this banner. A lack of clarity or definitional consensus remains among participants, platform initiators and thought-leaders alike. This paper presents the result of a Q study conducted with connectors of OuiShare - one of the key European networks shaping the collaborative economy discourse.
