Future of Tax Competition Post Pillar II in Latin America and the Caribbean

The objective is to conduct an in-depth analysis of tech-enhanced governance strategies, particularly AI, Cyber-Resilience, and Public Information strategies, in the context of fiscal management and tax administration in Jamaica and Barbados. The aim is to understand the current state, identify challenges and opportunities, and formulate strategies based on best practices and lessons learned from other countries within the LAC region and beyond. The ultimate goal is to leverage these insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Tax Administrations of Jamaica and Barbados in their digital transformation journey.
