The research project Human Resource Analytics in Context (HRAiC) aims to identify the framework conditions for the use of HRA and to compare them in the DACH region. A contextual-institutionalist approach allows us to observe the diffusion of HR Analytics against the background of different contexts that influence what happens in organizations on different levels of social complexity. On the one hand, this should sensitize the scientific discourse to the relevance of the legal and socio-cultural framework. On the other hand, it is intended to work out in dialogue with practice how the use of HRA can be sensibly designed.
