Beschreibung
The MF-GLOBE project developed trade-linked, multi regional physical suppy/use and input-output accounts for agriculture and food commodities (FABIO model) and laid the ground for developing a global model for energy commodities. Thereby, MF-GLOBE significantly enhanced the robustness of material and energy footprint methods and improved the empirical basis for identifying possibilities to transform productions, trade and consumption patterns towards a low-carbon, resource efficient and circular economy.
