The National Employment Service of Austria is offering one of Europe’s most sophisticated LLM based AI dialogue system for people searching for jobs and education. This system has seen public criticism upon its launch in early 2024. This projects, led by WU in co-operation with Aschauer IT seeks to apply the VBE value language developed in ISO/IEC/IEEE 24748-7000 to the AI-based dialogue system exploring value creation, human and social concerns viable around the AI technology as well as value benefits generated by it.
