Abstract

Electronic mediated learning systems (EMLS) are becoming ever more popular in schools and universities, private companies and public institutions. As competition among system providers has been intensifying, they have realized that they need to implement sustainable IS strategies. Systems must be systematically and continuously improved. Measuring system success is crucial for this purpose. But surprisingly little work has been done so far in developing success models tailored to EMLSs. We adapt the DeLone and McLean model to EMLSs evaluation. Empirical tests with undergraduate students show that our instrument is reliable and valid.
