Das österreichische Bildungssystem mit besonderer Berücksichtigung der Berufsausbildung

This paper explores the Austrian education system with special emphasis on vocational education on the upper secondary level. It distinguishes between different types of three-year vocational schools and five-year vocational colleges that entitle their graduates to study at a university. The paper also discusses the role of economic education within general education and defines some aspects of the education system that need more attention and improvement in the future.
