title = "Entstehung und Koordination von virtuellen Unternehmen",
abstract = "In times of decreasing profits and a low level of economic growth companies are looking for new solutions for their organizational problems. Networks are a very important way to accomplish advantages of intercompany job-sharing and realization of comprehensive synergetic potentials. In this connection dynamic networks are more and more mentioned in scientific papers. One type of these networks is a virtual corporation. A virtual corporation is a temporary network of independent companies. They are linked by information technology in order to share skills, costs and access to one another's markets. The main goal is to execute a wide array of temporary alliances with others in order to grasp specific market opportunities. On the basis of a common business understanding and a distinct culture of trust, the participants provide their core competencies in the form of resources and skills. From the customer's point of view the dynamic network looks like one unified enterprise using all possibilities of the latest information- and communication technology.",
