Description
The aim of the lecture “Cross-border VAT Disputes” is to provide participants with a better understanding of this topic and the ways in which such disputes can be effectively prevented and resolved. Participants will gain insight into the underlying causes of cross-border VAT disputes and their impact on international trade and investment. Furthermore, the lecturer will offer a detailed overview of the dispute prevention and resolution mechanisms available within the EU (both at the domestic and EU levels) and discuss possible improvements to the existing framework, drawing on international experience.| Period | 30 Jun 2025 |
