Research on Nonprofit Organizations is often facing obstacles regarding data sources, often due to missing satellite accounts in national accounting or the varying “quality of nonprofit identification” in various datasets. Drawing on the case of Austrian private foundations, this paper investigates whether a Delphi method can be applied to overcome these data deficits.
