I present a joint research project, co-authored with Osaid Alshamleh and Harald Amberger, titled “The Effect of Anti-Profit Shifting Rules on Cross-Border M&A Activities.”
In addition, I discuss a paper by Rezende et al., which examines the impact of Brazil’s tax relief program on corporate cash holdings.
