    Description

    Diversity management seems to be an organizational concept that can help to overcome heteronormative workplace structures. The workshop will begin with a short presentation of the results of a quantitative study with more than 1500 participants that was conducted in Germany last year. Then using interactive processes attendees will have an opportunity to explore and describe their experiences that will then be considered in relationship to scientific approaches and findings.
