Description
A myriad of evidence exists that irresponsible leader behavior in the workplace has a negative effect on the organization as a whole and on stakeholders like employees, customers, investors or the community (Bansal & Candola, 2003; Detert, Treviño, Burris, & Andiappan, 2007). My doctoral dissertation aims at investigating the antecedents and factors that make business leaders engage in responsible and irresponsible behavior.
