Short biography
Dr. Christian Illetschko, LL.M. (WU) MSc (WU) is working as an External Lecturer at WU Vienna and as an Associate for a renowned Business Law Firm in Vienna. From 2018 to 2024, he was working as a Teaching and Research Associate at the Institute of Civil Law and Civil Procedure (Corporate and Insolvency Law Group) and completed his doctoral degree with a thesis on the nullity of annual financial statements.. Christian Illetschko completed master studies in Business Law (LL.M.) and Strategy, Innovation, and Management Control (SIMC / MSc) and previously worked for several years as a senior controller in an international company. His focus in teaching and research is on business-related private law, business and company law, and accounting law.
