Research interests
Veronika Treitl studied economic law from 2009 - 2016 in the bachelor and master program at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business and wrote her master thesis on patent law. After graduating with distinction, she started working at the IT/IP law group at WU University. Her main focus areas include data protection law, IP law, competition law and antitrust law. She regularly holds lectures, gives talks and publishes her research, both in English and German. Veronika Treitl is currently completing the doctoral program in commercial law with her thesis on data protection law
