Description
Traditional CVs, especially in an international context, often do not contain all the information needed by the recruiter. Therefore it is usually difficult to evaluate and to compare them and to match the requirements of a job position. This project tries to create a new and innovative type of CV (digital CV) that has the potential to overcome the organizational and technical obstacles to the creation of a global employment marketplace. The approach will exploit the opportunities offered by modern information and communication technologies.
