Description
A dogmatic study into the effective Austrian law of the continuation of wage payments. Main emphasis is on the examination of the question why the employer in numerous cases is obliged to continued wage payment (e.g. sick leave, other important reasons for incapacity which are related to the employee´s person, free time to look after ill relatives, vacation, ...), although the employee renders no services in return.
