Description

The acces to health care profession and procurement of jobs is regulated upon in different ways but with similar results in both countries. Both systems arise questions when it comes to EC law. Employment placement service will also fall within the scope of the coming EC guidlines upon services in the common market. The Austrian and the Norwegian System will be compared and their compatibility with EC law will be checked
