Im Rahmen von COCOPS ("Coordinating for Cohesion in the Public Sector of the Future") wurde die bislang größte vergleichende Führungskräftebefragung im öffentlichen Sektor durchgeführt. Das Team des Forschungsinstitutes untersuchte dabei, wie sich Verwaltungsreformmaßnahmen auf die Rollenidentitäten von Führungskräften im öffentlichen Sektor auswirken.
