Restructuring of Companies and the EU Law

The project aims at conducting a comprehensive research including company and labour lawyers on restructuring of companies from the perspective of the EU requirements. The project will be coordinated by the Research Institute of CEE Business Law (FOWI). The project involves scholars from the University of Belgrade (Serbia) and the University 'Ss Cyril and Methodius' in Skopje (Macedonia). The planned activities are: workshops in Belgrade and Skopje, conference in Vienna, common research, publications, development of a teaching material and teaching a course.
