Description
The subject of this reasearch project is an interdisciplinary analysis of the development of economic theory from late 19th century to World War II. The main emphasis will be on the interaction of economic theory and economic policy before the background of the changing structure of the social and economic system in this period and consequently of the changing approaches towards the control of the economic system. The project will consist of a comparative examination of specific country studies undertaken by individual researchers in the field.
