Project Details
Description
After a wave of willingness to help in the course of the refugee movement in 2015, which was also predominantly positively accompanied by the media, the public discussion very quickly turned into predominantly negative reporting on asylum seekers and migrants and thus also into a strongly polarised mood among the population.
As part of a project, a group of civil society organisations is examining the question of how these narratives can be countered and how public discourse can be directed towards positive examples of the inclusion of migrants. In the workshop we will present the project, discuss previous insights and possibilities of forming a broad civil society alliance.
