    The diffusion of innovations and acceptance theories deal with the customers' behavior toward nep products and services. In this research models from the field of service quality and perceived value complement adoption and diffusion research for a more comprehensive view. It is key to find what types of users adopt mobile services and what the main drivers are. Thus the main research questions are:
    - What are the main drivers of acceptance?
    - What user groups adopt mobile services?
    - How to best personalize mobile services?
