Description
The City Data Pipeline is a system for gathering city
performance indicators published as Open Data in order to ease the
compilation of studies and reports used within Siemens. Under the
assumption that Open Data provides means to automatise tedious data
research tasks, we will build a system that integrates basic
indicators for cities from various Open Data sources. We also will address challenges (data quality, coverage, heterogeneity, etc.) on the usability of Open Data for industry in general.
