Description
This research project is the first attempt to define personnel strategies for volunteers in social NPOs. This research project aims (1) at assessing and analysing personnel strategies of social NPOs with regard to their volunteers and employees under the aspect of quality and efficiency. (2) This task is supported by a comparison of personnel strategies currently employed in both the profit and nonprofit sector. (3) On the basis of this assessment, it is planned to provide indications to allow for the development of NPO adequate personnel strategies and instruments to further mobilise employees and volunteers in the most efficient manner.
