Project Details
Description
The project looks at the structures and areas of conflict between minority shareholders, small individual sharehodlers and professional investors, between the adminstrative bodies. It includes a comparison to Austrian and German joint stock companies and focuses on the determination of problems and legal shorcomings and in the development of possible solutions, whereas the protecion of minority shareholders remains the central element.
