Description
The main goal of the project was to create a tool that is able to evaluate the attraction of different facility locations. The tool has been used to evaluate the attraction of several possible production sites is eastern european countries. By doing so, the hypothese that the transport costs will exceed the savings in production costs when relocating the production facility further to the east should be verified.
