Cross-border donations and inheritances have become more important in practice due to the mobility of capital and an increasing willigness of owners of fortunes to change their residence or domicile for tax purposes.
Tax problems of cross-border donations and inheritances have not yet been discussed in depth, so that the goal of the project is to analyize problems, find solutions for as many of them as possible and develop check-lists for typical situations.
