Description
This comparative study on individual and organisational performance assessment systems has been conceptualised as a follow-up study to the work done under the German EU-Presidency. It compares and analyses the different individual and organisational performance assessment systems in the Member States of the European Union (and Norway). More precisely, this study focuses on the analysis and comparison of the various performance assessment systems in place, the objectives, working procedures, challenges and effects. The focus, therefore, is less on concepts but on the actual practices of managers doing performance assessments.
