Vienna Doctoral College on Digital Humanism

Since the first international Vienna Workshop on Digital Humanism in 2019, the topic and supporting initiatives have continuously gained momentum. Emerging from within Informatics and ICT as a response to global developments, Digital Humanism is, at its core, an interdisciplinary call and endeavor to tackle the broad issues tied to digital transformation and to break disciplinary silos in this process. The Vienna Doctoral College on Digital Humanism will shape the field and educate the next generation of scholars across disciplines by building upon the diverse competencies in ICT and SSH present in TU Wien, University of Vienna, and WU Wien, together with further associated institutions.
