Description
The GLOBE-Project has been organised by Robert J. House (Professor of Organizational Studies; Wharton School: University of Pennsylvania, USA). It is a long-term multi-method, multi-phase, cross-cultural research program concerned with the differential effects of leadership and organizational practices and values in different cultures. The goal of the project is an analysis of the relationships between value-based leadership and the 'Leader-Motive-Profile' defined by McClelland and several other dependent variables like entrepreneurial or organizational effectiveness.
