Compete to cooperate - Practicing the paradox of coopetition in supplier networks

Publication: Chapter in book/Conference proceeding › Contribution to conference proceedings

Abstract

This paper develops the concept of "practicing paradoxes", which implies that actors do not try to dissolve but accept their underlying tensions. Using the case of coopetition we develop a theoretical framework of practicing paradox in a study of supplier networks in the automobile industry.
