Abstract
Esther Görnemann erforscht am Institut für Wirtschaftsinformatik und Gesellschaft der WU Wien die Interaktion mit anthropomorpher Technologie mit Fokus auf Sprachassistenten, Datenschutz und ethische Herausforderungen. Der Artikel arbeitet den Stand der HCI Forschung im Hinblick auf diese Aspekte auf verständliche Weise auf.
