Abstract
Purpose: To introduce a variety of papers about knowledge migration, communication and value change from cross-cultural perspective, which contributes to the growing body of literature that addresses these issues from different locations around the globe.
Methodology: Brief review to the articles in this special issue.
Findings: Knowledge migration within organizations and satisfaction with communication depend on organizational structure, context, and national value characteristics of involved individuals.
Originality/value: This introduction deepens the overall knowledge in the topic by taking perspectives from different angles
